Return & Refund Policy

Return:

Since this is a niche category of products, we do not have return policy unless you received a damage product. Read below exchange term & conditions for this.

Exchange:

For every product received, please make an unboxing video. If you have received a damaged/defective/incorrect product, please get in touch with the customer service by email at support@manshadecor.com - within 48 hours of delivery, failing which any exchange requests could be rejected.

Minute & Minuscule defects that are not visible when the products are delivered will not be considered for exchange.

On receiving Your complaint, ManSha operations team shall verify the authenticity and the nature of the complaint, and based on the genuineness of the complain we would initiate the exchange. In a case where we are not able to replace the product, we would refund through credit note on our website, which can be used upto 1 year from issue date. 

Based on the type of damage, ManSha will choose to arrange pickup of the damaged/defective/incorrect Product through its logistics partner.  If we are not able to pick the product, on confirmation from us, please connect with your local scrap collector for disposal.

Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, barcodes, labels, user manual, warranty card and invoices etc.

It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of products during transit.

The returned Products are subject to verification and checks to determine the legitimacy of the complaint. If the claim is not genuine, you will be required to bear the shipping costs for the product.

On the approval of our verification team, the replacement product will be dispatched to you within 24-48 hours.

Cancellation:

An order cannot be cancelled once confirmed. However we allow you to modify an order (with products of the same or more value) within 24 hours, provided the order has not been shipped. Please send us an email on support@manshadecor.com with details about new products (with image,variant & size) and we can process the change.

Also before confirmation of the order, you have the option to cancel the order from ‘My Account’ page.
